I have the following config :

Intel Core i5 2500K
Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD5H-WB
Corsair XMS3 2x4GB 1600MHz RAM
Seagate Momentus 500 GB HDD

Now due to the Ivy/Sandy mismatch, I am unable to do a direct installation on my build. So I did the installation to the HDD using my MacBook Air and UniBeast, and followed the following guides :

http://www.tonymacx86.com/150-enabl...therboards-hd-4000-6-series-motherboards.html

http://www.tonymacx86.com/99-quick-guide-configuring-uefi-gigabyte-s-7-series-lga-1155-boards.html

http://www.tonymacx86.com/374-unibeast-install-os-x-mavericks-any-supported-intel-based-pc.html

Initially, I was having issues with my graphics, and was getting stuck at the Missing Bluetooth Transport message in any kind of verbose boot.

After following the above guides and installing MultiBeast and modifying the graphics kexts from the guide above, I get a kernel panic which has something to do with power management. I am aware that my motherboard supports power management with OS X natively, and I've had sleep working with Mountain Lion without having to install any kexts.

This is the current kernel panic screen using the -v flag :

Here's my MB config file :

Did something I select cause this power management related issue? Or did I miss something? Once this issue is dealt with, I have a pretty good idea what I have to select in MultiBeast for my build.

I got it to work. I'll write up a guide soon so that anyone stuck in a similar situation do not end up using Windows for as long as I had to.
