Hey guys, this happened a couple times to me & the only way I know how to fix is to restart the install process.

I've got a Asus G73JH & I'm trying to get network/wifi to work by installing some kext's. If they don't work, I'll restart after using KextHelper and it will just hang at the grey screen and not boot to the desktop.

Is there a way to get it to boot so I can at least get in and remove the bad kext file?

if you're stuck because a new kext is crashing, reboot with the -s option (single user mode), do like it says and mount the drive as read/write after it boots and go remove the kext. once it's removed, you'll likely have to boot with the -f option to ignore the kext cache on next boot and then make sure you run kextwizard or whatever to rebuild it for good.
