I have an existing yosemite installation since a few years back which works apart from the fact that I always have to boot from the USB stick.
Now I'm trying a fresh install of High Sierra on the same machine. I'm following the 10.13 installation guide and have managed to create a new bootable USB of High Sierra with UniBeast. I'm selecting UEFI boot mode and none of the graphics injections (since I have no external graphics).
Booting from this new USB stick starts out fine, but after I've chosen language and destination (a new SSD), the installation stops already after a minute and the system reboots, leaving me with an incomplete and unbootable installation.
Any tip on how to proceed?
