Installation of 10.8.2 failed

HEy guys im not sure this is the right place to post this but im having trouble installing 10.8.2 on my machine.
I previously had this version of OS X but i decided to reinstall it.

When i format my hard drive Extended Journaled and try to install OS X on it, it starts installing and at about " Time remaining: About 17 minutes" It stops and it says Install Failed.

Now, i have read in other posts that I have to go in Console, but console is not included in the installation.

Please help me guys!

You need to recreate your UniBeast USB stick as it's bad.
