Installation macOS on dell latitude E5250

hi, i'm new in the world of hackintosh and i'm trying to install mac os Monterey on a dell Latitude E5250, someone can help me?
i've just tried with gibmacos and when arrive in the inistallation menu (with macos GUI) the language was set on Russian, and don't have any internet connection.
I've already modified the config.plist file but still don't work.
cpu: i3- 5010
ram: 8gb
gpu: intel hd 5500

A guide in setting up your USB installer using OpenCore. You must have either a built-in ethernet or compatible Broadcom Wifi in your laptop for this guide to work. Built-in Intel Wifi can also work if set correctly...

no, the file in the video isn't in the gibmacos (or i can't see it). i've taken the last Catalina recovery with - FULL INSTALL

Every time i try, this is the result... at this point it lock and don't go forward... if you want can send you the pics of the kext or the config.plist
