Installation Issue Z87x-D3H El Capitan

Having some trouble getting El Capitan installed. Last OS I had on this machine was Macericks, trying to get this system ready for my G5 case.
Above are two pictures of my installation screen. I have tried -x GraphicsEnabler=No IGPEnabler=Yes -f nv_disable=1. Not sure what could be causing this issue any help would be appreciated. Please let me know if more information is needed.

Yes and so far everything I have tried there has not worked for me. I will run through them again just to make sure I didn't miss anything. Thanks.

GraphicsEnabler=No is not a valid Clover boot argument.
IGPEnabler=Yes is not a valid Clover boot argument.
nv_disable=1 is only valid if you have a Nvidia graphics card.

With a i5-4430 CPU you should disable VT-d in BIOS or boot with dart=0.

Connect to your monitor with a digital connection - VGA is not supported - Use DVI or HDMI.

I am using HDMI and have tried what you suggested. Nothing different.
