Dell T3640, Ssd Nvme class40 m. 2 ,16gb,1tb hdd, I7-10700, Nvidia P400.

You have a Quadro P400 graphics card?

If so, it is not supported on MacOS Mojave / Catalina due to lack of Nvidia drivers.

It is also difficult (I have not seen any successful case) to install Mojave on Intel 10th generation hardware.

I recommend you replace your graphics card with a supported AMD card like the RX 580 and then try to install Catalina using OpenCore or Clover 5124 (Edit : Not 5123 as pointed out by Bustycat) and later as bootloader.

Clover secretly revised r5123. Versions since r5124 are the ones really embedded with OpenCore.
