I'm trying to install MacOS Catalina 10.15.7. After the installation from the USB it rebooted and I selected my local drive. The installation continues, but after a short period of time it aborts and reboots infinitely. See the video here:
Could anyone help me fix this?

I have the same issue, or a very similar one. It boots to the installation partition, but the installation never actually starts. It aborts with the spinning wheel for a few seconds and shuts down. 10.15.6 runs fine, with up to date kexts and Clover.
I'll follow this thread in the hope of finding a fix!

I managed to get the installation to launch by resetting the NVRAM (nvram -c as a boot arg in Clover screen), and I'm happily running 10.15.7, thanks to this post. I hope it helps!

Problem solved. Used instructions from here.
