Install stuck at Apple logo and progress bar won't move

GeForce GTX 1060 3GB
MB: B150M Mortar Arctic (MS-7A45)
CPU: Instal i7-6700 CPU @3.40Ghz
Memory: 8gb x2 DDR 2400MHZ
SSD: 525GB Crucial
GPU: Sapphire Pulse Radeon RX580 GGDDR5

Created High Sierra USB installer via unibeast, UEFI, no ATI or Nvidia graphics injection. Set Bios to recommended settings but am stuck at apple logo and progress bar. I am a noob, if anyone has some free time to advise me or has had success with a similar build I would be so grateful.

I had that problem but added npci=0x2000 as a boot option and was able to boot. You can try npci=0x3000 sometimes as well.

Could you kind tell me how you added that as a boot option? Did I mention I’m a noob?
 
I think I figured out how to enter bootflags. I tried npci=0x2000 and npci=0x3000 but got a circle with a line through it. When I try -v I get:

Any ideas?

Are you sure your hard drive is good?
