Install SL 10.6.7 Using MultiBeast

Hi,

I've installed SL a few times on Intel machines and have always started with a 10.6 Retail DVD and gone through the process of installing through to Lion using iBoot.

Is it possible to install SL from iBoot using a 10.6.7 Installation DVD so I can skip all the 10.6 patch installs and be at a fresh 10.6.7 install right after installation?

Yes, you can use any of the official SL disks that have the picture of the Snow Leopard on them. They all work.

There were only 2 DVD releases - 10.6.0 and 10.6.3. So there is no way to install to 10.6.7 from a DVD with iBoot. Just install with whichever retail install DVD you have, run 10.6.7 combo update and MultiBeast and you should be OK.
