Install Mac OS Sierra 10.12.4 Dell Inspiron 15 5567

I tried to install Mac OS Sierra on the system below many many times...
I am stuck at ==> System uptime in nanoseconds
I am new in this field, which is your advice ?
I attahed some photos as well with the error.

There is one issue. I made my USB installer from VM, i manage to install Mac OS Sierra on my laptop but i didn't manage to install the bootloader and kext for network and sound..
I read that to create the USB installer from VM is not a good option. At this moment i don't have any solution to create the USB installer. There is another way to make USB installer ?

VM's causes issues with usb installers and we don't offer any support with that

you can only use a mac to create your usb installer, you will have to borrow a mac from a friend or family member

Good thing is that i manage to install Mac OS Sierra from VM USB installer, but i didn't manage to install the clover and network kext to gain access to internet and boot from SSD.
The issue with clover and drivers you think are from the VM USB installer ?

I manage to make the system working, but i don't have kext for :

==> Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 3165

==> Realtek RTL8102/8103/8136 Family PCI-E FE NIC ( Realtel PCIe Family Controller Ethernet 802.3 PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8136&SUBSYS_07671028&REV_07\01000000364CE00000 )

==> Intel® HD Graphics 620 or AMD Radeon R7 M445 ( i have to say that i have dual graphic card )

Beside the grapchis kext, i have search for the rest and i didn't manage to get any information related.
Can somebody help me please to get kext for network card and WIFI ?
