Install hangs on Apple load bar

Hey all,

I went through the setup located here on this website and followed it completely; including the BIOS changes, etc.

- vt-d is off
- Other OS selected
- CFG option was not available
- USB3 options turned off

I am at the point now where Clover loads, I select install OSX and it goes to the Apple loading screen and freezes. Two things happen from here, the lights in my USB devices go out and my CD-ROM drive pops out. Yes, the physical drive pops out. So, I'm assuming whatever the issue is it's hardware related. I have tried with USB ownership/injection and NVIDIA injections, same result.

Here's my current (custom) build:
ASUS P9X79
Intel i7
NVIDIA Quadro K4000

@jlear1985, please update your profile (personal details) with your Motherboard (Mobo), CPU and Graphics Card.

Profiles need to contain at least your primary system to assist others with helping you.
