Hello, I have this message when I try to update with the installer.
An internal program update is required to install macOS High Sierra.
To do this update, click on "Switch off" and wait until your Mac Pro turns off. Then press and hold the power button until the power indicator blinks or you hear a long tone.
A gray screen with the Apple logo and a progress bar will appear during the update. Once it is finished, your Mac Pro will start normally.
The update may take a few minutes. Be careful not to shut down or restart your Mac Pro during the process.
