Do you have a volume called "Mac OS X Base System" on your system? That volume name can't be used when running UniBeast.

Yes, this is the name of the USB stick. I just tried again with English system language and renamed USB stick but it still fails.

Looks like you have a bad USB stick, try reformatting it and reinstalling.
