Is there a way to complete my instal of Mac OS X without having access to a Mac? I don't have a Mac to buy OS X on and use you beast.

Any work around or ideas are appreciated thanks.

I have computer from May 2016 custom Mac Pro.
Thanks

I am not quite sure what you saying. On the one hand, you state:
I don't have a Mac to buy OS X on and use you beast.

But then you seem to turn that around by saying:
I have computer from May 2016 custom Mac Pro

In other words, you seem to say you bought a Mac Pro in May 2016? o_O

So before trying to respond further, would you clarify just what hardware you do or do not have? What PC hardware would you be trying to install OS X on?

If you have a Skylake system there is no iBoot for that hardware yet so you can't install Snow Leopard. You could borrow or rent a Mac from someone. In general it has to be 2009 or newer, 64 bit EFI for it to work. If you can't do that then you'd need to buy a Snow Leopard DVD from Apple and install it on an older compatible PC to get to the Mac App Store for the El Cap download.
