Incomplete Installer

Hello there. I am trying to put El Capitan on a 16 GB flash drive. I downloaded the installer from the Mac App Store and UniBeast from here, but it seems that it says incomplete.
How can this be possible? I downloaded it from the store, and it says that. Should I reinstall it?

Do you have any other copies of the installer on any connected drives? If NO, I would redownload the installer from the AppStore and try again...

You'll have to download it again. If you copy it somewhere (e.g. to archive it to your NAS or whatever) it breaks it.

If you want to keep a copy, zip it up, and archive the zip.
