1. Not sure of the onboard bluetooth with that board. Maybe someone on here can chip on that for me.

Notes
If you plan to use the built in Bluetooth which will support most bluetooth devices but not the Magic Mouse or Track pad. Then before you start the Lion install, download the version 7.2.0.65 of the bluetooth driver from the Asus website http://uk.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel_S ... /#download and install it within Windows. As part of the installation it will apply a firmware update which will mean that it will have native support within Lion.

2. Have you installed the Nvidia drivers for mac?

3. Under Software Profiler look under Memory to verify.

Installing drivers in Windows won't have any effect in Lion, getting a dongle or card is your best bet.

As for the dual monitors, what outputs are you using?

Tried that but it didn't seem to work. My device is a Logitech Dinovo Mac Edition but there's no bluetooth to connect to.

I can't seem to find Mac drivers for my video card. Only Windows, Linux, Solaris and FreeBSD. It's in the list of compatible hardware here http://tonymacx86.blogspot.com.au/search/label/CustoMac

"speed" says 1333MHz

DVI-I 1 and 2.

More problems...

Just installed Pro Tool v10 and now I can't get past the startup screen. An error comes up that reads something along the lines of "You need to restart your computer. Hold down the power button until it turns off etc."

I find it quite maddening that I have to use the internal search engine of Nvidia's web site to get a link to the latest Mac OS video driver: http://www.nvidia.com/object/macosx-270 ... river.html

I know you've got a bigger problem dealing with Pro Tools right now, but that link should help.

Thanks for that. Although my video card isn't in the "supported products" tab. Does that matter?

You need to change the RAM speed in BIOS from 1333Mhz to 1600mHz.

Just changed it. Cheers.

I can't say for sure how much it helps your video card, but for mine, there's easily a 10+ FPS performance gain on Lion 10.7.3

To enable OpenCL after installing the official Nvidia Retail_270.00.00f01 driver package, you must replace the GeForceGLDriver.bundle file in /System/Library/Extensions from one of the following:

270.00.00f01_GeForceGLDriver.bundle_Fermi-GF1x0.zip - For cards based on the Fermi chip GF1x0 (GTX 465/470/480/new 560 (448cores)/570/580/590): http://www.general-files.com/downlo...1_GeForceGLDriver.bundle_Fermi-GF1x0.zip.html

GeForceGLDriver.bundle_Fermi-nonGF1x0.zip - For cards with circumcised Fermi chip GF1x4 and GF1x6 (GTS 450 GTX460/545/550/old 560): http://www.general-files.com/downlo...eForceGLDriver.bundle_Fermi-nonGF1x0.zip.html

I'm having trouble getting 1:1 pixel mapping for dual screens on my GTX560. I have installed the 5xx enabler, the updated Mac drivers, CUDA and updated OpenGL.

Also having trouble viewing Chimera bootloader in 1920x1080 resolution. I've edited org.chameleon.boot etc. This resolution isn't in the VESA 3.0 list, don't know if that means much.

Thanks.
