I have installed Ventura on a laptop with Kaby Lake i3-6100U and I have tried with several SMBIOS and what I can't get is that the Home app, iMessage, Facetime or synchronization with Safari work, what could be the cause? I've tried with Macbook Pro 14,1 and Macbook Air 8,1 and 8,2 with no luck.

First, i3-6100U is a Skylake CPU, not Kaby Lake. You would need to 'Spoof' a Kaby Lake system to run Ventura on the Skylake laptop.

The SMBIOS for a Kaby Lake MacBook Pro 14,1 should work in Ventura.
The two MacBook Air SMBIOS are from Coffee Lake systems, they may not be as compatible as the MBP14,1 Kaby Lake system.

Which WiFi/BT card are you using in the laptop?
Does the laptop contain an Ethernet port?
If yes, is the Ethernet port configured as en0 and the WiFi as en1?

Posting a copy of your EFI would be helpful, as we can then see what you are using to boot the system and enable or disable the devices present in the laptop. Just remember to redact/delete the serial number from the config.plist before you post a copy here.
