Boot with -v into installer try to get screenshot of hang or where it reboots and post.Also might help to post config.plist from USB installer.
Use another machine running OS X plug in the USB/in terminal type diskutil list/enter..a list of drives with their partitions will show up/write down the EFI EFI number for the USB( looks like 0s1 or 1s1)/use clover configurator or EFI mounter to mount the correct partition/open the EFI disk that will pop up on desktop/open clover folder and cpy config.plist and paste as attachment.
