If more that 4 gb of ram, will my installation fail?

I have 16 gb of ram from 2 x 8 gb of memory stick, will my installation fail 100%? have anyone else with a successful try?

I've never had a problem installing with 8 or 16GB of RAM. I think that was an old restriction.
 
I'm starting off fresh from SL then jump to ML. Don't I have to start off from SL then to ML? Because I'm on Windows 8 pro ATM.
 
Here's what to do to avoid any issues. Only use 4GB when running SL, then when you upgrade you can install all of your available ram. Okay? :)

Yes you do. But there is no need to remove your RAM. When installing Snow Leopard via iBoot Ivy Bridge the OS will only recognize 4GB RAM. But once you installed Mountain Lion and get it to boot from the hard disk it will show all the available RAM.
