If I change motherboards will hackintosh work?

I want a better motherboard, by ASUS, I already have hackintosh installed with all my apps but I am probably going to change hard drives and start over will it work with another motherboard?

what board do you have now? most likely you will need to re-install everything

yes it will, and ive done it a couple of times.

all that needs to be done is remove anything which is specific to the board you are currently using, so the dsdt for one, before you switch the board.

depending on which board you go for will depend on whether anything else needs to be removed/added

I'm looking at something by ASUS, I enjoy their hardware and I want a full size board but mac is nice for video and picture editing so I don't want to lose it.
