Upgraded to Mountain Lion and everything works fine.

Only issue, not all icons on the toolbar and on desktop are there. You can click on the blank spot and open the applications but there is no icon.

anyone else having this issue and know what might be the cause?

Same thing has happened to me too. Doing a re-install again to see if it makes any difference.

edit: Re-install did nothing. I'm a noob so I've got no idea. Snow Leopard runs fine so I'll probably just re-install that if nobody comes up with a workaround.

I'm seeing this as well. Super super strange.

(UniBeast 1.5.2)

Re-copying with unibeast, partioning drive again and re-installing appeared to have worked for me.

Nothing yet for me. I've re partitioned and re installed a few times and doesn't make any difference.

Couldn't use Disk Utility in Mountain Lion Installation USB so I used Disk Utility in Lion Installation USB, reset then installed Mountain Lion. Get a crash if I install with the gtx 670 so I put it in after installation. If I boot from USB, I'm fine, get a kernel panic if I boot with Multi Beast (Chameleon).
