Update: going into BIOS and completely disabling Intel onboard graphics fixed this. Thanks everyone!

Guys,,,omg.....just change the ****ing bios settings...Switch IGPU to just PCI. I do not know how to solve the problem win intergraded video card but surely works on my old GTS 250. So, just turn off your IGPU settings in BIOS that's it!

Disabling IGPU in BIOS did not work for me. Any other suggestions?
UPDATE EDIT: Artifacts gone by also changing Shared Memory setting in BIOS to "Auto" from previous setting, which was "128 MB" for me.

For those who have a similar setup (GA-Z87X-UD5H / i7-4770k), the Bios settings are found in HOME>STANDARD>Intel Processor Graphics - set to 'Disabled.'
