Would like to seek more advice in this forum.
I have now been able to install a retail Snow Leopard into the harddisk and book with IBoot 3.3. However, after that I am unable to upgrade or using multibeast to further configure the system.
Once I did so, there is error in the IOPCI Family version.
It did happens when booting iBoot 3.3 but it allows to continue to boot and go to GUI for installation. Also without any upgrading or multibeast, my retail image can start up after loading the iBoot CD first.
