is it possible to build a pc with i5 9400f and gt 1030 2GB GDDR5 and a cheap gigabyte h310 m-atx motherboard

a 120gb ssd
8gb ddr4 ram

can i run mojave in this specs?
or high.serria

can i use a old gpu like
amd r5 230 ddr3 card i dont want to spend to much on gpu....
with r5 320 run mojave?

R9 270 and R9 270X, R9 280 and R9 280X have been common cards in the past. A non XFX branded RX 460 and RX 560 are good options from the used/new market.

Low spec model like R5 cards generally don't work.
