Is this a good build for Dual booting Windows 7 for gaming and ML and is there anything else I'm missing on?

The audio Codec is not fully supported its a nightmare making VIA audio work in OS X

That Asrock board should work. Why don't you get the DS3H board instead?

If you like the board you linked above in the first post you can just either purchase a USB or firewire device for sound.

In addition, why don't you purchase a Z68 board instead of a 7 series board? Gaming on HD3000?

also for now im going to try gaming on the HD3000 integrated in the i3 but if im not happy i am going to go with a video card
