I updated clover and kext files and now I'm stuck at the apple logo??

I have no idea what happened. After updating Clover Configurator and kext files, my machine won't boot past the Apple logo. I have no idea what to do, or what happened. My only boot entries are Mac HD and Recovery, and I can't boot from either one. All preboot entries, etc., are gone. I backed up the EFI folder before updating Clover. Is there a directory I can delete and replace the EFI folder with the backup? I have clients coming to my studio later, and I need to get this back up and running. Please help!!!
