I have Bloutooth 4.0 but i can't enable Handoff

I have Bluetooth 4.0 but i can't enable Handoff

I bought a Bluetooth 4.0 adapter and it says that it's not support Handoff. Way?
I just need Bluetooth 4 and on MLP Version it 0x6.
How can i fix this?

Is it USB? I could be wrong but I don't think its supported with 3rd party USB adapters
