Hello,

I can't update from Mojave to Catalina.
I try rename rc0 to ec, I try using ssdt...
All methods doesn't work.

I attach an image with message from boot.

"No arguments are initialized for method [PXSX]"
"No arguments are initialized for method [CNDP]"

Someone know how to fix it.

Thanks for help.

I try create a bootable pen drive, but, I'm stuck on same error.

After update the bios, now I have this message.
PCI configuration end, bridges 5, devices 11.

I can't boot the old Mojave, Catalina installation from USB, all the ways present the same message.

I follow some tutorial to config Bios properly.

Someone know how to install Catalina or Mojave?

You just make the situation bad to worse by upgrading the BIOS and now the BIOS doesn't support nvram which is necessary to run macOS. Now you will have to use nvram emulator (EmuVariableUefi) in Clover since macOS doesn't see nvram as shown in the screenshot.

Zip and upload your EFI folder so I can see what misconfigured settings you have.

This is my EFI folder.

I install EmuVariableUefi on pen drive Catalina and tried boot mojave, doesn't work.
On log appears same error, except one more line that's showing IntelMausi... and its version.

Thanks for the help.

In the meantime, can you try to flash the old BIOS firmware to your motherboard? It needs to be same version what you had before. I'll look at your EFI folder soon.

I will try... I will report as soon as possible.

Thanks

You have too many drivers and kexts which you do not need. Start with the basics.

I hope you're not using FileVault as its not reliable with hackintosh.

drivers -> UEFI folder should have the following drivers:
- ApfsDriverLoader.efi
- OsxAptioFix3Drv.efi
- VBoxHfs.efi
- SMCHelper.efi

Kexts -> Other
- AppleALC.kext
- FakeSMC.kext
- IntelMausiEthernet.kext
- Lilu.kext
- USBPorts.kext (I assume you already created this for your motherboard)
- WhateverGreen.kext

Do not copy any kexts to /Library/Extensions folder since Catalina have increased security. Clover/OpenCore kexts will work without /L/E.

I fixed the DSDT patches and Kext patches in config.plist so the patches only applies to Mojave or Catalina.

You should stop using VirtualSMC as they are no longer testing it to be compatible with Clover. VirtualSMC will be in used in OpenCore bootloader.

I will try the config provided.

I still trying to downgrade the bios to the older version, but, no success until now.

Asus still giving me an error, "not selected proper bios", I'm searching for alternatives.

Thanks.

I can't downgrade to older version, I just only downgrade two version older.

I try boot the mojave and I have the same error.

I don't know what can I do to fix the new problem.
