I can´t download Sierra from App Store

Hi

i have Yosemite 10.10.5 Mac Pro (start 2008).
I try to download Sierra from App Store, but i cant.
App Store said me (spanish): Esta versión de macOS 10.12.1 no se puede instalar en este ordenador.
In english, i think it is: This macOS version 10.12.1 cant install in this PC
What happened? I want to create USB bootable, but if i cant download the oficial software i won´t create it

What processor do you have?
Sierra supports only CPUs with SSE4 support.

I have intel i5 3570k. I think this CPU has SSE4
So, do i have to change System Definitions, don´t i?
Could you recommend me any of one?

i5 3570k
Asrock P67 Pro3
8GB DDR3
SSD 120GB Kingston

iMac14,2 system definition is used in UniBeast 7.0 and for default MultiBeast 9.0 installations.

I change system definitios to iMac 13.2 (iMac 14.2 was very unstable) and i´ve downloaed sierra from app store.
Now, I am doing the usb boot, but when the installation is running (unibeast 7.0.1) it doesnt finish (take more tahn 1hour)
What happened?

I have a Xeon processor that apparently does not support SSE4 but Sierra 10.12.1 seems to work fine far as I know. Is something going to break because I don't have SSE4?

Intel Xeon E5-2670 has SSE4 support.

I have another problem.
I use a USB stick Sandisk 8GB, but unibeast gets to Copying Files and gets stuck there forever.... and one time change to install booting (or similar) and stuck forever too....
What happened? I use last version unibeast

Did you follow the UniBeast: Install macOS Sierra on Any Supported Intel-based PC?

Check the Before You Begin section point 3!

I read it, but I saw size Sierra is 7GB and I thougth USB 8GB was enougth
