i can´t boot my instalation drive

i´m having problems after iboot. a simbol of prohibiten

apears in the apple grey screen.
i try all the combinations abailable in the i boot post
how can i pass this

Ga-z68xp-ud4
Intel i7 2600k
Saphire 6870
4 gb kingston

Did you purchase an OS X Snow Leopard DVD to install with?

yes! i have my reatail, i make an bootable partition on my external and i allways boot from there, i maid it with other builds, never a problem

Try booting with

-v PciRootUID=1

and see if you can reach the desktop.

i try it, but i have the same message

i change my sata conections on my MoBo
i have sata3-0 sata3-1 i have it there earlier
now i move them to sata 2

sata3-0 y sata3-1 are grey the other black i put them again in the grey?

SOLVED! I try again booting from the dvd and all was fine, i don´t know why i can´t boot from my external!
