Alright, the video seems to be working fine. I can't make the audio working though.

ok. how do i have to behave in regards to this build now? can i update the system normally, change the ssd's name etc or i have to leave everything exactly as it is now?

Back it up - Cloning the SSD is a good way.
You can change things - Do things one at a time so that if there are problems it will be easier to fix.
You should certainly be able to update - Make sure that you update any additional kexts regularly.
