<I am NOOB> z77 ds3h REV1.1 no full resolution no ethernet cant boot without unibeast usb

When I had this board, i didn't even enable ethernet in the bios and my system info shows no ethernet available, yet I was able to log on to icloud and all other goodies.8
I bought TP link WDN4800 for wirelss lan.
You will have to play with selecting right smbios and chameleon.boot.plist.
Sorry don't remember what i had, but it can be done.

even tho i was lucky my board has the atheros chip... I had serious ethernet issues.

I was since able to iron those issues out..

but in the mean time this SHOULD work perfect for 7 bucks.

I dont have this exact adapter.. i have an older one but has same rt3x chip.

Just thought I would point out a SOLUTION to version 1.1 ethernet problems! I have used this Z77-DS3H board for 5 builds and #6 I was confused that ethernet wouldn't work out of the box. This guy has a solution that worked great for me:

I just deleted the L1 ethernet kext, then used kextbeast to install that guys version 1.2 kext and viola working 100% and fast as can be.
