Here is the clover folder from my EFI partition.
Here is the results of this test.

5/ Overwrite ACPI folder from desktop to EFI. Restart
-Boots OSX
**No LCD**
-Audio back
-Battery status back
Seems like DSDT problem.
Re-extract/re-patch DSDT:
- remove all files from EFI/Clover/ACPI/origin on your USB
- hit F4 at Clover bootloader
- use ProBook Installer CE to re-patch DSDT
Removed all the files in EFI/Clover/ACPI/origin on my USB drive.
Rebooted - Boot from EFI File on (usb drive)
F4 at the Clover bootloader
Booted from my ssd partition
Ran PBI CE
Selected Patch DSDT Only
model 9470m
fan - readings only
display - low res.
Reboot and no LCD
Remove also origin files from HDD. I don't know where PBI-CI grabs the files from (I do my DSDT patching manually). You have to be certain you're getting a clean extract.
You might want to learn about how to patch manually, as that may be your next step (patches little at a time, so you can determine which one [if any] are causing the problem).
Ok I have a display! So I did the repatch; removed all the ACPI/origin file on the usb and the EFI partition. I then ran PBI again. On the reboot I had a display on my LCD.
Thank you all for the assistance, and helping me learn a bit more about this process!
