HP Z640 E5-2623 v3 Stuck at "+++++++++"

Hi,

I've just picked up a HP Z640 with a Haswell-E Xeon with a RX580.

I am trying to get a cloned partition of 10.12.6 to boot but i am stuck at


+++++++++++


right after the clover boot screen.

I've tried the following with very little success.

1) OsxAptioFix2Drv-free2000.efi & test2.efi
I've gone through everything else, nothing else seems to work

2) XCPM kernel patches

3) IOPCI kext patch (x99)

4) Fake CPUID to 0x0306E0

5) SMBIOs iMac 14,2 / 16,1 and Macpro 6,1

6) Metacollin's supermicro x10d DSDT

7) Create my own own DSDT


My Bios ACHI mode, and VT-d is off.

I've tried booting a fresh installer of 12.13.0 but still stuck at the same point.

Would greatly appreciate any help directing me where to look next.

thanks for the update man, works out to be some issue with my bios. fiddle with some pci settings and could boot through.
