I boot with invalid ig-platform-id (0x12345678) and did everything except those which I couldn't fine theirs outputs:.

1-Provide output (in Terminal):

kextstat|grep -y appleintelcpu
kextstat|grep -y applelpc
kextstat|grep -y applehda

Attach output of (in Terminal):

sudo touch /System/Library/Extensions && sudo kextcache -u /

where I can fine both outputs ?

preboot.log is missing from the EFI/Clover you attached earlier.
And same for ACPI/origin files.
You forgot to press F2 and F4 before collecting EFI/Clover.

Also, ioreg with invalid ig-platform-id?

Your ioreg and preboot.log shows there is no Intel MEI (for your hardware, should be 8086:9c3a).
macOS/OS X requires it.
It is a firmware flash/motherboard/CPU issue.

BIOS reflash?
Install Windows + Intel MEI driver?
motherboard replacement?
CPU replacement (req. for sure if you have ES/QS CPU)
