HP ProBook 4540s Camera Options.

Any updates on the 4540s camera problem when it comes to macOS Catalina 10.15.3 (too concerned to update to 10.15.4; it almost wrecked my desktop Hackintosh Catalina 10.15.3 installation -- had to restore after disastrous update to 10.15.4).

I've decided to remain on 10.15.3 until Apple comes out with the next OS. But, I sure would like to fix the problem with the 4540s camera (I assume it's the one mentioned in this thread), as well as the IDT92HD87B2/4 sound card.
