HP Probook 450 G4 Restart Problem.

Hi. I have got a HP Probook 450 G4.
Intel Core i7-7500U 2.7 GHz
Memory: 8 GB DDR4
Storage: 256 GB SSD
Graphics Card: Intel HD Graphics 620

I installed latest mac os sierra 10.12.4 but there is a big problem. I must use usb mouse. i cannot use track pad in my music applications. it's so hard for me. Problem is when usb dongle plugged in the usb port. i try to shut down the laptop. but it restarts again. when i unplugged the usb dongle and try shut down. it shuts down very nice. Any idea? thank you so much.
