Hey guys.
I have here my HP Elitedesk 800 G1 USDT
as Minimac .
MacOS Ventura 13.1 the latest is installed.
It works very well and can compare with any Macmini.
if your Ram is up to max.16 GB
it runs no worse than a real Macmini with Ventura 13.1

I take straight photos and upload it when it's done.
I think one of you has already tried Ventura on this HP
Elitedesk 800 G1.

You'll need a supported AMD graphics card to run Ventura. The Xeon P4600 iGPU won't work.

I saw 'vdkam', he didn't use a discrete graphics card, he used a HD4600, which is what interests me.

You have P4600 not HD so your iGPU isn't going to work the same way.
If you change to the i7-4790 CPU then it would be the same.

This post shows what I'm talking about. P4600 doesn't work reliably with any macOS version much less Ventura.

Thanks for your reply, I can change the CPU to 4790, or use a discrete graphics card AMD WX4150 MXM.

Do you know about OCAT yet ? Easy to use to help you get started with creating an EFI based on the latest OpenCore version. Use it to make edits to the .plist easily too.
