Attach ioreg that shows external port in use.
Also, attach ioreg in the state of black screen (use remote desktop if needed).

You might look into EDID patching of byte 20.
Read related topic here (usually Skylake/KabyLake related):

Yes, of course... it is not installed by the guide scripts and you have no I2C hardware (AFAIK).

I use cli ioreg dump in black screen, In Attachment.

In the ioreg attachment on the external monitor.

Since your external port is attached to the 0105 connector, you might try eliminating the 0204 connector to see if that helps with your issue.

The black screen problem after waking up also occurs without an external monitor.

Not relevant. My suggestion(s) stand.

Another suggestion (now count is 3): Make sure you have up-to-date BIOS as per ProBook guide.

I'm updating bios, not fix problem.

Is there any easy way to fix this? It starts to get very complicated.

How eliminating the 0204 connector ?

Suggest you review all suggestions made in this thread and investigate.
Made, it did not help. I'm sure you need a kext patch or one is bad.

Only reminders, I am a normal user, not a programmer. :)
