Hp 450 g2 to slow in Mojave

I have hp 450 g2 Intel HD 4400 (Haswell). I did fresh install Mojave and it work good for a day then getting to slow booting after update to 10.14.4 it takes 20 min's to boot also act so slow when.

Do I need to enable the TRIM ? because it’s already disabled by the guide.

looks like an issue with your hard drive, try and boot from your usb installer, get to disk utility and try and run first aid on it
