Wrong codec dump. That is for Intel HDMI. You need codec dump for onboard audio.

oops, sorry about at!

will look into it again asap...

please find attached what I hope is the codec dump for the HP 350 G1 onboard audio.

if this is not the right dump, I will need advice to get the right dump, as I chose the card at random until I got a different dump file.

AFAIK, looks like a new one... (nguyenmac knows better what codecs he has in the ProBook Installer)

Code:
Codec: IDT 92HD95
Vendor Id: 0x111d7695

See if you can find a patched AppleHDA for that codec.

Ok, thanks.

Unfortunately, I could not yet find a patched AppleHDA for that codec.

Thank you,

Well in fact I had found the G700 Lenovo IDT 92HD95 link, but I dismissed it, thinking it would not work on HP.

I will try to figure it out...

Hello everyone,
the pointer moves very jerkily, so there is probably an issue to fix with the trackpad.

If the trackpad worked properly, then I could move on and check wifi, sound, etc...

Thank you for your help,
Manube

The trackpad works, you just need to go to the trackpad settings in System Preferences and uncheck the portion that says:

Options
Ignore accidental trackpad....
