HP 15 sleep=shutdown

Hi i have the following problem with catalina.
When i close the lid or try to put the computer to sleep. I just shutdowns.
I have everything else working fine except for the webcam.
Can you guys give me any suggestions how to fix the issue?
I can post efi folder if needed!

Just found out that when i plug hdmi i get a black screen and a restart :/
