how to turn on HDMI on HD4000 and GTX550ti

Hi I'm the newbornon hackintosh, my build detailsare as follow
i7 3770, GA-H77M-D3H(with latest bios version), 16gb ram, GTX550 ti
Use mac 6,2 definition
Everything can work except hdmi audio on either hd4000 or gtx550
I have go through this article Mavericks: HDMI Audio - AppleHDA [Guide]
Can anyonetell me that , I need to patch UEFI HDMI Audio (dsdt or ssdt) with audio id 3 or HD4000/7 Series MB HDMI Audio (dsdt) ?
And one more question do I need to patch PJLAM gigabyte motherboard too ?
Can anyone tell me step by step clearly?
Because I patch it many time still doesn't make HDMI work. Thanks

Every HDMI audio guide is step by step.
Use PJALM or HDMI audio, not both
For HDMI audio, use UEFI guide, Audio ID: 3
For PJALM, motherboard plus HD4000 plus Discrete Graphics patches

It is useless to patch, doesn't work and stop. Every guide has Problem Reporting, read it and post with requested information.

Thanks Toleda, finally i can enable HDMI on HD 4000 and GTX550 ti right now. I use PJLAM batch motherboard + HD4000 + Discrete Graphics.
