How to Stop a reboot after trying to Update New Install

Installed Snow Leopard great. Did the update but mustve used the wrong updater because it wants me to reboot and I KNOW I SHOULDN"T BEFORE USING MULTIBEAST! But I can't back out of the reboot screen to save my life...what do I do?? PLEASE HELP!

you can always use iboot and boot your OSX HDD again and rerun multi beast

When I use iboot again to boot back into it, it sticks at load screen...good thing i cloned it... any other suggestions??

boot with -v (verbose) to determine the cause of loading and -x (safe mode) to get to the desktop.
