Hello,

I just installed Windows 8 and Moutain Lion (on different HDDs)
Can you tell me, how to install a Boot-Loader, to choose the OS at booting.

Thank you,

jomo1911

BTW: great forum THX

My machine can boot to 5 different OS's.

Win7 64 Ultimate (240Gig SSD Intel 520 Series)
---------------------------------
Win7 32 Ultimate (Partition 1 of a 1.5TB drive)
WinXP 32 Pro (Partition 2 of the 1.5TB drive)
---------------------------------
OSX Lion 10.7.3 (On a 250Gig Drive)
---------------------------------
OSX Mountain Lion 10.8.1 (Corsair 60GB SSD Force 3 Series)

I used EasyBCD to configure my boot loader. But from I understand it only works with MBR drives. So the first 4 OS's listed are all formated MBR and can be selected from a boot menu created by EasyBCD. The last one, OSX Mountain Lion is on a GUID formated drive, so I have to hit ESC during BIOS screen to select the Corsair drive to boot from. You could just use the BIOS Boot Drive selection option if your motherboard BIOS has that option.

You should be set to go already, boot to the OSX drive when the boot loader comes up hit the space bar the use the arrows to pick the os you would like to use.
