How to Repair Permissions on OS X EL Capitan?

Does anyone know of a way to Repair Permissions on OS X EL Capitan? I have tried via terminal and it won't work. DPCIManager does not do anything ether, tho it acts like it does.

I started to use it, then I noticed they made a clear point that the program was intended for a genuine Mac, and that Hackintosh users did so at their own risk. Scared me off.

Are you saying you have used it extensively with El Capitan with no problems?
