Yes. Find a stable overclock with heaven 4.0 and Precision-X, use GPU-Z to find your memory speed and clock speed (base + boost) info at stable OC (double the memory value when writing it down), dump and ARCHIVE a clean copy of your GPU's bios, dump another copy and edit it with http://rog.asus.com/forum/showthrea...25-f%FCr-GTX-6xx-Reihe-680-670-660-650-UPDATE (using the written-down values), save the modded bios, then use nvflash to flash your GPU with the modded bios.

DO NOT DO THIS IF YOUR OVERCLOCK IS NOT 100% STABLE WHEN TESTED IN PRECISION-X+HEAVEN. YOU CAN AND WILL MESS UP YOUR GPU'S BIOS. MAKE SURE TO DOUBLE AND TRIPLE CHECK ALL VALUES. DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING OTHER THAN CLOCK SPEED AND MEMORY SPEED. MAKE SURE TO SET THE CLOCK SPEED TO THE VALUE DISPLAYED IN GPU-Z WITH PRECISION-X RUNNING. MAKE SURE TO ONLY DOUBLE THE MEMORY SPEED FROM GPU-Z ONCE, MULTIPLE TIMES WILL LEAD TO MAJOR PROBLEMS.

IF YOU HAVE ANY QUALMS ABOUT THIS, DO NOT DO IT.

On the plus side, your overclock will now work in OSX.
