I see, it's a laptop. I don't have anything more to say. Really both EFI are the same for different OC versions.
Do you do ResetNVRAM the first time you boot with a new EFI?

The LENOVO IQ3X0IL motherboard is found in a ThinkCentre M720q Tiny PC, it's not a laptop. More like a NUC.

The motherboard uses the Q370 chipset, so it is not a native H/Z390 Coffee Lake board. Which requires some changes, as listed in the standard CFL OC guide.
