How to make audio work with AppleHDA Patcher

I just reinstalled my hackintosh on a new SSD, and I don't remember how I made audio work on the old HDD. I only remember that I used AppleHDA Patcher...
I have ALC1150 codec on a MSI Z170 Gaming Pro Carbon and an i7 7700k
